Bounded on the west by the Atlantic Ocean, Poitou-Charentes is characterized by landscapes composed of plains, enclosures and marshlands. The seacoast is fringed with dunes, long sandy beaches and oyster beds. The same landscapes may be found on the islands, which are small fragments of the continent cast adrift.
Numerous play areas are in store for the children … to the heartfelt delight of their parents.
